  • Ticket Holder Responsibilities

    By submitting this application, I certify that I understand and agree to all the terms and conditions below in regards to my ticket holder responsibilities. I understand that I am signing this agreement under penalty of criminal prosecution if I knowingly give false information that results in ticket distribution to which I am not entitled. I agree to all requirements and disciplinary actions as outlined above if the Tribe or Game Host deems me to not be in compliance with any of theterms and conditions.

  • COVID-19 WAIVER AND RELEASE. Although the risk of exposure to COVID-19 across Washington is reported to be steadily decreasing, I/we understand that there is still significant risk associated with my attendance at a sporting event, including but not limited to, increased social contact and interaction with employees and other Suite guests. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to protect employees and other guests, the Tribe encourages all Tribal Members and guests to adhere to all safety and health guidelines for the prevention of COVID-19, including those issued by the King County Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I/we understand that the above guidelines do not completely eliminate my risk of exposure to COVID-19 and, should I experience any COVID-19 related symptoms (such as fever, cough, body aches, or shortness of breath), I am/ we am advised to stay home, notify the General Resources Department immediately, and follow the advice of my healthcare provider, clinic, or hospital.

    Regardless of any steps taken by Climate Pledge Arena and the Tribe to reduce the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, I am/ we are fully aware that there are a number of risks associated with my attendance of the game during the COVID-19 pandemic, including without limitation, being exposed to and contracting COVID-19 from other individuals, surfaces and/or airborne particles. I/ We understand that my contracting of COVID-19 could result in serious medical symptoms requiring medical treatment in a hospital or even death. On behalf of myself and my guest, and our heirs, successors, and assigns, I/ we knowingly and freely, assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to my attendance at the game arising from or relating to COVID-19, including all illnesses, injuries, damages or death arising therefrom, and I hereby forever release, waive, relinquish, and discharge Climate Pledge Arena and the Tribe from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, and other losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or relating to COVID-19 as a result of my attendance at the game, and including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of any other person or the Tribe. I/we further promise not to sue the Tribe for any illness, injury, death or other Damages arising out of or related to COVID-19 and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all damages resulting therefrom as a result of my use of the suite.

Tribal Council would like to announce the availability of tickets for Summer WNBA Games & Concerts at Climate Pledge Arena​!

  • Adult enrolled Tribal Members are eligible to submit this form.
  • Tribal members will receive 4 tickets and a parking pass if selected for a WNBA game
  • Tribal members will receive 2 tickets if selected for a concert or other event. Parking passes for these events are reserved for Elders and those with ADA needs.
  • Tribal Members may only enter for 1 event during this cycle. The application will be kept open on a rolling basis and ticket selections will me announced on a monthly basis.
  • Attendees must follow any COVID protocols required by Climate Pledge Arena. These can change from event to event.
  • Tribal Members should look into the concert they want to attend on Climate Pledge’s website prior to submitting this form to ensure they are aware of the requirements.
  • Tickets are sent electronically to the email provided and do require a Ticket Master account. Failure to utilize tickets without notification to the department prior to the concert of event will result in a 1099 MISC tax form being issued to the Tribal Member for the cumulative face value of all the tickets they were awarded.
